GOALS
Shalom HCTE
Operate Shalom House Construction and Training Enterprise (HCTE) to generate income to fund Shalom’s programs and offset Shalom Children’s Campus operational budget.
Profits from the construction and sale of 6 houses per year will fund program staff wages and annual running costs of Shalom Children’s Campus.
Provide opportunity for livelihood skill development and casual employment for local villagers, tradesmen and students studying construction trade courses.
Shalom Farm
Develop Shalom Farm to provide food and income for Shalom Children’s Campus and casual employment opportunities for local villagers.
Increase areas under cultivation through improved cultivation and water management practices.
